I totally agree with Sugata Mitra whan he says " if children have interest ,education happens. You can't help but feel good for the kids that are smiling and laughing as they are learning. This is awesome! Kids that hve never seen a computer before learning to operate and navigate on the computer, without any instruction whatsoever. This goes to show that kids will learn what they want to learn. I like the idea of SOLEs also. These cubicles could help kids around the world learn things never possible before ,unless a teacher had gone to their country to teach. This gives me hope thet even the kids that are hard to engage have a subject that they like. It is my job to make sure there is no reson for them to lose interest. Great Video!

Week 1
This is my first technology class in the graduate program. I am a little scared because I am not very technology oriented. We talked about the projects that we are going to be doing in the class and it seemed more overwhelming. I have a good study group though, and I think that i will be OK.I really want to understand how to use the technology I have access to to make my classes better and more informative. My goal is to be able to go back to my school and teach not only my students, but some of the other teachers how to use different technologies in the classroom.
